We offer a 60-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition and include all original packaging whenever possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund where appropriate. If the error is our responsibility, we'll cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
