Refund Policy

Returns:


We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have an additional 7 days after receiving the return label to ship items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, please contact us at info@novabebe.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.


Damages and issues

You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 10 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email info@novabebe.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Please allow us 7-10 business days to process refunds after receipt of the item. Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take a few days to be processed and posted by your bank/credit card company.
