Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been verified, it is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Most European countries: 5–10 business days
Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, NovaBéBé may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offer will be displayed automatically during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
